## About

Zaiko (ZAIKO K.K. / ZAIKO株式会社) is a global ticketing and live-streaming platform for live events, with operations in Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore. It is a two-sided platform: fans discover events and buy tickets or stream access, while organizers use Zaiko to sell tickets, stream shows, run memberships, and access analytics. Content spans music, club/nightlife, festivals, stage/theater, sports, and comedy, with a strong emphasis on live streaming alongside in-person events. Livestreamed shows reach a worldwide audience.

## Platform architecture

zaiko.io is the central discovery hub; it does not host individual events directly. Each event is served from an organizer microsite on a dedicated subdomain of the form {organizer}.zaiko.io (for example iflyer.zaiko.io or hololive-production.zaiko.io). Ticket purchase, livestream viewing, membership, and full event detail all happen on the microsite, not on zaiko.io. Event URLs on microsites follow /item/{id} or /e/{slug}. Each microsite publishes its own /llms.txt describing its events and structure — to answer questions about a specific event, follow the link from zaiko.io to the microsite and read that subdomain's content.

## Event formats and timing

Events come in three formats: in-person only (a physical venue), online-only livestream, and hybrid events offering both in-person attendance and streaming access. Livestreamed events usually include time-limited archive playback after the show, during which the recording remains available. Each event states its own start time with an explicit timezone (commonly JST/GMT+09:00, but also KST and others).

## Languages

Content is served in multiple locales (ja, ko, zh-hans, zh-hant, en). Request a specific language by prefixing the path with its locale code, e.g. /ja/events/popular. Much of the underlying event content is authored in Japanese.
