RILLA

Born in Fukuoka, I started DJing Hip Hop music based in Tokyo in 1997. Working as a buyer ~Break Beats,Electronica, D'N'B and Dubstep~ at Cisco Techno Shop since 2002, I had hosted some parties called “GUERILLA” and “LOCUS” at Higashi Koenji GRASSROOTS for five years. In 2008, I started the event, “ALMADELLA”, at Shibuya Module with KEIHIN and Yusaku Shigeyasu. Under the concept of “ finding the music we never heard,” ALMADELLA invited various artists, SHACLETON, PEVERELIST, SCUBA, O.N.O, GOTH-TRAD, GONNO, KARAFUTO a.k.a Fumiya Tanaka and more. I had held the event as a resident DJ and expanded my activities nationwide. Performing about 50 gigs a year, I established my style centering on TECHNO, HOUSE, and BASS. In 2012, moved to Kyoto, I mainly play at West Harlem. (The activities of Djing is currently suspended) In 2020, the first EP, “ SFTM002”, was released from Torei’s label, Set Fire To Me.
