Aile The Shota

Aile The Shota debuted on January 5, 2022, from the management label BMSG. His debut single, “AURORA TOKIO” topped the iTunes TOP 100 chart and marked the second on the Billboard JAPAN Heatseekers Songs chart. Produced by Shin Sakiura, “AURORA TOKIO” is a perfect introduction to Aile The Shota’s music, music on its own that is hard to categorize under a specific genre. It reveals the Neo-City-pop sound of the new era. The polished track, captivating and soft melody, and his soothing voice are all critical elements of the song, while the lyrics explore the real urban Tokyo feelings where his origin lies. He released the first EP, “AINNOCENCE” on January 26, 2022. His second single, “IMA” was released on May 11, collaborating with a producer unit, KNOTT. “IMA” is a danceable pop song with a heavy backbeat and an emotional melody. It topped the iTunes R&B/Soul chart and was aired as a ‘power-play’ song on many radio stations throughout Japan. The second EP, “IMA” was released on July 6. In October 2022, he released the third single, “DEEP” produced by A.G.O, beat maker and producer based in Tokyo, known for his groovy sounds created from raw and cutting-edge mechanical sounds. It is a danceable tune with a deep house beat and his distinctive vocals as if floating in the deep sea. With respect and love for R&B music, Aile The Shota blends it into his unique sounds with his affinity for J-pop. His velvety voice, infused with his eclectic musical styles, makes his own. Aile The Shota’s music certainly is satisfying.
