Charles Parra is the founder of Tatemono IQ, a Tokyo-based due-diligence platform for foreign investors in Japanese property, turning Japanese listings and maisoku sheets into structured analyses in the investor's own language, starting with what a listing does not say. He has held CTO and chief product officer roles across AdTech, MarTech, and PropTech, and divides his time between New York, Tokyo, and Fukuoka.
