Devell is a new Dance Music Duo from Chicago, featuring Darrell James and Steven McIntosh. The name Devell is their celebrity couple name. Darrell + Seven = Devell. Out of their ten-years of collaboration in music, Devell was born, They decided to write some fun, upbeat dance/pop songs from the City of House Music.
