I want to check my ticket

Please log in to your ZAIKO account and click "My TIckets". You can view the Upcoming Tickets.


If you click the button "E-Ticket Details", you can check the details such as the order code and receipt.

To watch the streaming video, please click "Watch Stream".

To check your past tickets, please click "View Past Tickets".

Purchased tickets are not reflected in my purchased tickets

Please make sure that the email address to which you purchased the ticket matches the email address you are logged in to.

* If you have multiple accounts, you cannot check the ticket unless you log in with the account used at the time of purchase.

After purchasing the ticket, we will send you a purchase confirmation email.
The email will contain the email address you used.

If you still can not confirm the ticket, please contact ZAIKO Support.

Tickets are displayed in "Past Tickets"

Tickets may appear in "Past Tickets" when the event is postponed, and the rescheduled date has not been decided yet.
After the rescheduled date is confirmed, the ticket will automatically reappear to the "Upcoming Tickets".

Please be assured that even if the ticket is displayed in "Past Tickets", it will remain valid.

How to issue my ticket as paper

ZAIKO's tickets are all "E-ticket". We do not provide paper tickets.
