I lost something at the event. Who should I contact?

Please note that ZAIKO is not responsible for the operations of any events. For lost and found inquiries, please contact the event promoter or the venue directly. We will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding lost properties.

I accidently checked myself in on my e-ticket page. What should I do?

Please contact us to have your ticket status reverted. However, this is done case-by-case and we hold the rights to decline your request, so please do not attempt to check yourself in.
