How to purchase a ticket

Creating a ZAIKO account is required before purchasing a ticket.
Please click here to create ZAIKO account.

1. Please choose an event and click "Buy Now".
2. Please fill out the required sections.

Click "Continue" to go to the next page by ticking "I agree to the ZAIKO Terms of Service"

※All sales are final.

3. Please double confirm your purchase details and choose payment methods.

You can pay by credit card, Convenient store payment, Paypal, Wechat, and Alipay.

※Depending on the event, convenience store payment method may not be available.
※Convenient Store Payment is available only in Japan.

For further details about each payment method, please refer to the "Payment" FAQ.

4. You can check your ticket on the page "Upcoming Tickets".
※In the case of Convenient Store Payment, the ticket will not show up unless you pay at the convenience store.

We do not provide bookings via phone/ email.

How to use Convenience Store Payment

Convenience store payment can be done at any Lawson store in Japan.

①How to apply for convinience store payment

1. Login, and click the "Buy Now" button of the ticket you wish to purchase

2. Type in the Contact Information, and agree to the terms and conditions
After purchasing the ticket, you cannot change anything such as the purchaser's name or ticket type.

3. Choose "Convenience Store" for the payment method

②How to pay

After applying, you will receive a Japanese email to your registered email address

If you failed to receive the email, please refer here.

Please complete your payment using "Loppi".
"Loppi" is a ticket machine that is equipped at Lawson stores.

Please ask for assistance at the store, if you have any trouble using it.

If you failed to complete your payment before the deadline mentioned in the email, the ticket you applied for will be invalid.

- After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation paper(取扱明細書兼領収書) from the store.

Please be aware that THIS IS NOT the ticket to watch the show.

- After you complete the payment, it will take a certain time for the ticket to be reflected on the "Upcoming Tickets" page.

How to use Credit Card Payment

1. After logging in, click the "Purchase" button for the ticket.

2. Please enter the purchaser's information and check "I accept the terms of use."
After confirming your purchase, click "Next".

After purchasing the ticket, you cannot change anything such as the purchaser's name or ticket type.

3. Select the type of card you are using as the payment method.

4. Click "Add New Credit Card", enter the name, number, expiration date, and security code on the card, and then click "Confirm Payment".

If you have already registered a credit card, please select the credit card you want to use and pay.

5. After completing the ticket purchase,

you can check the purchased tickets in "Upcoming Tickets".(https://zaiko.io/account/upcoming)
If you have previously paid by credit card,

your credit card information will be stored in the system and will be displayed when you purchase your ticket.

However, credit card information can only be viewed by yourself.

You can delete your registered credit card information here.
If you want to register new credit card information, you can add it the next time you purchase a ticket.

I want to issue the receipt

You may issue the receipt(PDF) from here.

※We do not issue receipts with the purchaser's name written.

I failed the SMS verification

SMS Verification flow:

Please enter your phone number and click "Receive verification code".
Example: Country code (Japan + 81) Mobile phone number: 818012345678

* Please do not enter the first number "0" of the mobile phone number.
Enter the SMS code which you have received and click "Verify".

If you have tried the above and still cannot verify your phone number, please contact ZAIKO Support.

I cannot close the pop up page

In case of purchasing tickets on the phone or tablet, you will see the pop-up page once you click the "Order Details" button.

You can go to the next page once you click "X" mark.

I want to purchase Fanclub limited tickets

The purchase flow of the Fanclub limited tickets depends on the event setting.
The route for purchase may be different from general tickets, so please kindly check the details on the fanclub page.

Please type the event name in the search box, and click Search from here.
