I want to check my ticket

Please log in to your Zaiko account and click "My TIckets". You can view the Upcoming Tickets.


If you click the button "E-Ticket Details", you can check the details such as the order code and receipt.

To watch the streaming video, please click "Watch Stream".

To check your past tickets, please click "View Past Tickets".

I can't find my purchased tickets

If your ticket does not appear in your account, the following are the most common reasons. Please check step by step.

 

1. You used a different email address

If you have multiple email addresses, you may have purchased the ticket with another one.
Please log out of your current account and try logging in again with the email address you used at the time of purchase.

 

2. You used a social login (Google / Apple)

If you purchased your ticket with a social login (e.g., Google or Apple), the ticket will not appear when you log in with your email address.
Please log in again using the same social login method you used when purchasing.

 

3. “The email address or password is incorrect” error message

This error can mean:

・ Typing mistake (e.g., misspelling your email) → See step 1.

・ You actually used a social login → See step 2.

・ Incorrect or forgotten password → Please reset your password from the login page.
 If you forgot your password, please refer to the FAQ【I forgot my password】in order to reset.

 

4. If the above does not solve the issue

Please contact us through the [Inquiry Form], providing the following information:

・Order code (required: an 18-digit code starting with alphabet)
・Purchaser’s name
・Event name

How to find your order code

・ Credit card / WeChat / Alipay: shown on the payment confirmation screen.

・ Convenience store payment: printed on the “Transaction Statement / Receipt” (second page).

⚠️ Without the order code, we may not be able to confirm your purchase.

Important note

If you deleted (canceled) your Zaiko account after purchasing, all purchased tickets and guest tickets become invalid. Refunds are not available in this case.
