What are the benefits of Zaiko Premium Membership?

Zaiko Premium is a 600 yen per month membership program (14-day free trial) that offers a variety of benefits such as Zaiko TV with unlimited access to past live streams, purchase discounts with Zaiko Points, no purchase fees, ability to purchase extended archives of live streams, HD audio and more!

Benefits and Rewards

1. Unlimited Video-On-Demand with Zaiko TV

A Premium member exclusive video-on-demand (VOD) service that hosts a variety of live entertainment videos including music, theater, Zaiko original contents and more with new exciting videos added every month!

2. Enjoy live shows longer with extended archives（+Archive）
A longer than usual +Archive options (14 days/30 days period) can be purchased alongside live stream tickets to best suit your viewing style.

3. Enjoy high definition audio（+HD Audio）
Premium members can enjoy live performances with audio quality up to 384 kbps for supported events, without the additional fee.

4. Earn and use Zaiko Points by purchasing tickets
Premium members can earn 1 point for every 100 yen spent on tickets, Stickits, and more at Zaiko. These points can be used to pay for future purchases at Zaiko with 1 point = 1 yen.

5. No ticket handling fee (100% Zaiko Points discount)
Silver and Gold rank members will receive Zaiko Points worth 50% and 100% of the ticket’s handling fees, accordingly. (The received Zaiko Points can be used to discount the fee immediately!)

I want to know about the Reward system

Different levels of membership awards different levels of rewards and discounts. In the first month of enrolling Premium, the user is awarded a bronze membership. At the beginning of the second month, the user is awarded a silver rank and in the third month becomes a gold rank member.

You will be able to check your rank from the account page.
Moreover, you will be alerted via email when your reward rankup.

Manage your credit card information for Zaiko Premium

1. Log in to Zaiko and click the profile icon on the top right corner. Select “My Account”

2. From the left menu, click on “Account Settings” then select “Membership”.

3. Click on the “Edit” button then select “Edit Card Info”

4. You can view the card currently registered to the account by clicking on “Registered Credit Card.” 
- You can remove a registered credit card by clicking on “Remove my card”.
- Please note the system does not support changing an existing credit card directly. Please remove the old credit card and register a new one instead.

5. Click on “New Credit Card” to register a new credit card to the account.

I want to know if the Reward has any expiry date

There is no expiration. Unless you cancel your subscription, you will be able to receive and use the benefits.

I want to know when my rank will change

Ex: if you subscribe on the 1st of October 10pm, you will rank up at 1st of November 10pm

I want to know if there's any alert when my rank changes

When your rank changes, an email will be sent to your registered email address.
Moreover, when your rank changes from Bronze to Silver, or Silver to Gold, there will be a coupon attached to the email.

Can I cancel my Zaiko Premium membership?

You may cancel your membership anytime.

*Subscription will not be canceled until you click [Yes].

*After cancellation, your subscription will be valid until the next billing date listed on your membership page. However, please note that you will forfeit Zaiko Points immediately, even if you later re-subscribe to Zaiko Premium Membership.

* If you resume your membership before the next billing date, you will be able to enjoy Zaiko Premium without any additional charge.

What happens if I cancel Zaiko Premium Membership early?

If you cancel Zaiko Premium before you next billing date, you will be able to confirm your “End Date” from this page.

Below benefits will be available until the End date:

・Purchase +Archive for Free/Discount Price
・Add +HD Audio for Free
・Access to Zaiko TV

Below benefits will be unavailable right after Cancellation:
(Regardless of days remaining until the next billing date)

・Earn and Use Zaiko Points
*Your Zaiko Points will immediately expire.

・Receive Zaiko Points that will help discounting your handling fee (Silver Rank: 50%, Gold Rank: 100%)

Once your next billing date has past, ranks and badges will be revoked.

I want to know what happens to my rank when I cancel once and resume later on

You may retain your rank if you resume the subscription before the next monthly payment cycle.
However, please be noted that your Z-Points will immediately expire and will not return even after resuming.

*If you re-subscribe after the next monthly payment cycle, you will restart as Bronze rank.

Can I resume if I cancel Zaiko Premium?

Before your Next Billing Date: Click "Resume" from the Subscription page. 

After your Billing Date: As of September 14th, 2022, Zaiko Premium no longer accepts new subscribers. All new subscribers will become a member of the new Connect membership.

How do I pay for Zaiko Premium?

Payments for subscriptions are only available through credit card. Monthly subscription payments will be directly debited from the credit card you used when registering to the service.
