Which payment methods accept for Ecommerce?

Only credit cards can be used as payment methods.

Can I purchase merchandise in Ecommerce even after the live/archive streaming ends?

Available time for purchase of Ecommerce depends on the event.
Please do not miss the merchandise you are interested in.

Can I use Zaiko points when purchasing merchandise in Ecommerce?

Zaiko points cannot be used when purchasing merchandise via Ecommerce.

Where can I check the order details in Ecommerce which I purchased?

At the same time as your purchase, you will receive a purchase completion email at your email address, so you can check your order details from there.

Alternatively, after logging in to Zaiko, you can check it from Purchased Tickets> Purchase History> Ecommerce orders

I've completed my order in Ecommerce, but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

We will automatically send a purchase completion email to customers who have completed their orders.

The email will be sent from <noreply@zaiko.io>.
If you have not received the email, please check your email settings.

You can check your order details from Purchased Tickets> Purchase History>Ecommerce orders after logging in to Zaiko.

Can I cancel or change ordered merchandise after completing the order in Ecommerce?

We cannot accept cancellation or change of the merchandise after completing the order under any circumstances.

If the item you received is defective, please contact the "Contact Information" in the purchase completion email that will be sent to you when the purchase is completed.

Ecommerce is not displayed

Ecommerce purchases are not available on the Zaiko app.
For events with Ecommerce, you will be able to purchase products in your browser.
