What is Fan Mode?

Fan Mode is a feature that allows you to use event chat and purchase items such as Stickits, Digitama and event merchandise from your smartphone while enjoying online or offline events.

Please refer to "How to use Fan Mode" for more information on how to use and applicable devices.

How to use Fan Mode

【Use Fan Mode from a Online Streaming Event】
1. Log in to your Zaiko account at the time of the event from a PC, tablet, or TV that supports web browsing. 

2. Open the streaming page by locating the purchased ticket from "View My Tickets". 

3. Click on the full-screen icon in the bottom right corner to enter the full-screen mode.

4. Scan the Fan Mode QR code in the bottom right of the screen with your smartphone. 

5. The Zaiko login screen will be shown. Please log in using the account you purchased the ticket with. (If you are already logged in, this step will be skipped) 

6. The Fan Mode features available for the event will be displayed on your smartphone. 

※Features available may vary by event. 
※Fan Mode is not applicable for full-screen mode viewed from smartphones(QR code will not be displayed).

【Use Fan Mode from an Event Venue】
1. Acquire the Fan Mode QR Code from the event venue. 

2. Scan the QR code using your smartphone.

3. The Fan Mode features available for the event will be displayed on your smartphone. 

※Features available may vary by event. 
※Fan Mode features such as chat content or items for sale are available for browsing even without logging into the Zaiko account. However, if you wish to participate in the chat room or purchase items, logging into Zaiko account is required. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the Zaiko login page when you interact with the Fan Mode features.  "
