What is a rental ticket?
・The rental ticket is a ticket that allows the customer to select the viewing period at any time during the distribution period.
・The rental period begins when the [Watch Now] button is clicked.
・During the rental period, you can watch the video repeatedly until the viewing deadline as long as it is within the streaming period.
・However, please note that viewing will end when the rental period expires, even if the rental period remains.
・The rental viewing period can be checked on the viewing screen.
*Rental periods vary for each event. Please check the streaming and rental periods listed on the event page before purchasing rental tickets.
*We do not provide ticket refunds for any reason other than event postponement or cancellation.
Example)
Streaming period: January 1 - 31
Rental period: 7 days (168 hours)
If you purchase and start watching at 12:00 on January 1
Rental viewing period: January 1, 12:00 - January 8, 12:00
If purchased on January 1 / Viewing starts at 12:00 on January 30
Rental viewing period: January 30, 12:00 - January 31, 23:59
If you wish to extend the rental period
Each ticket has a fixed rental period.
If you wish to extend the rental period, please purchase multiple rental tickets.
If you have a ticket that is being viewed, you can start viewing the second and subsequent tickets at any time.
Example)
Streaming period: January 1 - 31
Rental period: 7 days (168 hours)
Purchased 2 rental tickets on Jan. 1. 1st rental viewing starts at 12:00 on Jan. 1
Rental viewing period for the first ticket: January 1, 12:00 - January 8, 12:00
The [Start watching] button for the second rental ticket will become active after 12:01 on January 8.
*Please note that even if the rental viewing period remains, viewing will end when the viewing period expires.
