After your purchase is confirmed, Zaiko is sending an automatic email to your registered email address.

I did not receive the : Convenience Store Payment Information email

Once you apply for the Convenience Store payment, you will receive an email regarding the payment instructions.

In case you haven't received the email yet, please check the spam box, junk mail, etc.

Since the Convenience Store Payment instruction email is automatically sent, we are not able to resend the email.

* Convenience Store Payment request is valid until the deadline written on the email.
