可以退款吗
除了活动延期、取消以外,不接受任何理由的退款。
如果活动延期或取消:
活动主办方将向您发送电子邮件,告知活动详情和退款事宜。
除非另行通知,否则在任何情况下我们都无法取消或退款。
在公布详情之前,可以回答的内容有限。
线下活动的门票可转让给朋友,直至活动结束。

便利商店付款的票券该如何退款
若您透过便利商店付款,将会收到以下关于退款的电子邮件。

请点选此封邮件内的连结,根据指示输入银行帐户资讯。
※请务必输入银行帐户资讯才能收到退款。
若没有收到以上邮件,有可能是您的电子信箱储存空间不够,或是邮件被分类进了垃圾邮件。
请事前设定您的邮箱能够收到来自「@stripe.com」的邮件。
・请事前确认您的邮箱可以收到「@stripe.com」域名的邮件。
・请从「个人资讯设定」页面确认您输入的电子邮箱无误。

申请完成后尚未收到退款
根据信用卡發卡公司的作业速度,退款的实际到款日将有所差异。
通常在主办方公布后约2个月内将会完成信用卡的退款作业。
便利店付款的用户在申请期间结束后约1个月内将会收到退款。
退款将会直接退还至您所使用的信用卡,烦请再次确认。
若长时间没收到退款,烦请直接洽询信用卡發卡公司。
※退款完成后不会另行通知。
