关于退款的方式(便利店付款)
若您使用的是便利店付款,我们将会把退款至您希望的日本银行帐户。
请登入购买时使用的ZAIKO帐户,并参考说明在期限内申请退款。
※请注意日本银行帐户资讯是否输入正确。
申请完成后尚未收到退款
根据信用卡發卡公司的作业速度,退款的实际到款日将有所差异。
通常在主办方公布后约2个月内将会完成信用卡的退款作业。
便利店付款的用户在申请期间结束后约1个月内将会收到退款。
退款将会直接退还至您所使用的信用卡,烦请再次确认。
若长时间没收到退款,烦请直接洽询信用卡發卡公司。
※退款完成后不会另行通知。
