關於退款的方式(便利店付款)
若您使用的是便利店付款,我們將會把退款至您希望的日本銀行帳戶。
請登入購買時使用的ZAIKO帳戶,並參考說明在期限內申請退款。
※請注意日本銀行帳戶資訊是否輸入正確。
申請完成後尚未收到退款
根據信用卡發卡公司的作業速度,退款的實際到款日將有所差異。
通常在主辦方公布後約2個月內將會完成信用卡的退款作業。
便利店付款的用戶在申請期間結束後約1個月內將會收到退款。
退款將會直接退還至您所使用的信用卡,煩請再次確認。
若長時間沒收到退款,煩請直接洽詢信用卡發卡公司。
※退款完成後不會另行通知。
