可以退款嗎
除了活動延期、取消以外,不接受任何理由的退款。
如果活動延期或取消:
活動主辦方將向您發送電子郵件,告知活動詳情和退款事宜。
除非另行通知,否則在任何情況下我們都無法取消或退款。
在公布詳情之前,可以回答的內容有限。
線下活動的門票可轉讓給朋友,直至活動結束。

便利商店付款的票券該如何退款
若您透過便利商店付款,將會收到以下關於退款的電子郵件。

請點選此封郵件內的連結,根據指示輸入銀行帳戶資訊。
※請務必輸入銀行帳戶資訊才能收到退款。
若沒有收到以上郵件,有可能是您的電子信箱儲存空間不夠,或是郵件被分類進了垃圾郵件。
請事前設定您的郵箱能夠收到來自「@stripe.com」的郵件。
・請事前確認您的郵箱可以收到「@stripe.com」域名的郵件。
・請從「個人資訊設定」頁面確認您輸入的電子郵箱無誤。

・若電子信箱的容量不足,請先刪除不需要的郵件。
・請確認垃圾郵件夾是否有收到該封郵件。
申請完成後尚未收到退款
根據信用卡發卡公司的作業速度,退款的實際到款日將有所差異。
通常在主辦方公布後約2個月內將會完成信用卡的退款作業。
便利店付款的用戶在申請期間結束後約1個月內將會收到退款。
退款將會直接退還至您所使用的信用卡,煩請再次確認。
若長時間沒收到退款,煩請直接洽詢信用卡發卡公司。
※退款完成後不會另行通知。
