I want to cancel a Digitama purchase

All the Digitama sales are final.

The following message is also displayed during the purchase flow: "All purchases are non-refundable, please confirm your order before purchasing."

How to purchase Digitama from the Digitama Store

1. Select the Digitama you want to purchase from the Digitama Store in the streaming page and click the blue button "Buy" at the bottom right.

2. Enter your credit card information and check the purchase price. Click the "Purchase" button to complete the purchase.

【NOTE】

*If you select "Enable 1-click purchase during this stream" before clicking the purchase button, your credit card information will be saved temporarily. You will be able to skip the billing information screen and make a purchase directly by clicking on the "purchase" button.

*If you wish to disable 1-click purchase or change the credit card information, please refresh the page or close the page then open it again.

*Please note the Digitama are not refundable for any reason.

*The Digitama feature may not be applicable depending on the settings of the event organizer. If the [Digitama] option is not displayed, Digitamas are not available for purchase.

*Digitamas are not available for purchase on the Zaiko app.

The Digitama purchased from the Digitama Store on the streaming page will be minted 3~5 days after the event ends (archive period included). After the minting process is complete, you can view your Digitamas by accessing digitama.io and navigating to "My Digitama" → "Owned". 

            

I bought my Digitama during an event, when and how will I have access to it?

If you bought a Digitama during an event, your Digitama will be minted and made available in your digitama.io wallet 3 business days after the event ended.

[NOTE]

- The end of the stream and the end of the event don't always coincide.

- Once the archive period ends (applicable for all tickets with archive options), the event is officially over, and the minting process starts.

- It may take up to 3 business days for the minting process to be concluded.

Once the minting of the Digitama is done, you will be communicated by email. Make sure to check your spam folder or authorize all emails coming from noreply@zaiko.io.

Once minted, you will be able to visualize and even set for sale your new Digitama, check in your “Owned” Digitamas at digitama.io.

Is there a deadline to apply for a bank transfer for my earnings?

In accordance with Article 12.7 of the Zaiko Digitama Terms of Service (for creators), the application period for payment is up to 90 days after the sales for the transaction in question are reflected in the Digitama Wallet (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Request Period").

The Payment Request Period is 90 days. If you do not apply for payment within the Payment Request Period, the amount of sales minus the transfer fee (550 yen) will automatically be transferred to your registered account after the Payment Request Period has elapsed. However, if the payment amount is less than the transfer fee at the end of the Payment Request Period, the amount to be paid and transfer fee will offset, and the balance in the wallet will become zero yen.

How to Make a Withdrawal from the Digitama Wallet

Please follow the steps below to initiate the withdrawal process. 

1. From the "Account" page, click on "Payouts & Verification"


2. Confirm the current Digitama Wallet balance.

3. Click on the "Withdraw" button.

4. Confirm the "Actual transfer amount" on the popup and click on "Transfer".

5. You will see the confirmation message once the process is completed.

6. You can confirm the withdrawal details in "Transaction History" on the "Payouts & Verification" screen.

*Transfer fee of ¥550 is required for each withdrawal. Your Digitama Wallet balance must be more than ¥551 to make a withdrawal.

*It may take up to 5 business days for the money to be credited to your bank account.

How to Create and Sell Digitamas

1. Click the "+" button on the Digitama screen to open Digitama Creator Studio.
*In order to sell Digitamas, it is necessary to perform personal authentication. For details, please refer to [Authenticate yourself with Stripe]


2. Upload your image, crop it, edit it, etc. and click the "Done" button.

3. Enter the Digitama title, price, sales method, introduction, etc., agree to the terms of use, and publish it.

What are NFT Digitama and Non-NFT Digitama?

When creating Digitama, there is an option to "Mint Digitama as an NFT". Digitama with NFT value will be labeled "NFT" on the Digitama detail screen, and Digitama created without selecting "Mint Digitama as an NFT" will be labeled "Non-NFT."

Authenticate yourself with Stripe

Please have your photo ID ready and follow the steps below to verify your identity:


1. Click the "Payouts & Verification" button on the "Account" screen.


2. Click "Verify as an Individual."


3. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the required information.


*We recommend that you use your smartphone for personal authentication.
*It may take some time for the identity verification to be completed.

 

I want to delete Digitamas

Created Digitamas cannot be deleted. If you wish, you can change the display settings of Digitamas. For details, see [Digitama's Link Access Only Function].

Digitama's Link Access Only Function

Digitama with public settings set to "Link Access Only" will not be displayed on the Digitama site and can only be viewed by users who have the corresponding Digitama link. It can be used when you want to limit the purchasers or when you do not want to disclose Digitamas.

Also, Digitama's visibility settings can be changed when the Digitama is created or after it has been created.

Digitama Sales Price

The selling price of Digitamas can be set from a minimum of 500 yen to a maximum of 900,000 yen.

Offers on Hold

Digitama sales settings change depending on the owner. Digitama not set as available for sale will display a status of "Offers on Hold."

How to Purchase Digitamas/Digitama Stubs

To purchase Digitama, you need to register a Zaiko account.

1. After logging into your Zaiko account, click the "Buy Now" or "Make an offer" button on the Digitama details screen. To learn more about "Make an offer," see [What are bids?]

2. Confirm your credit card information and click the "Pay" button.

3. Purchased Digitama can be checked from the "Owned" tab on the "Your Digitamas" screen.

[How to purchase Digitama Stubs]
Primary sales:
Digitama Stubs can be purchased as an additional option when purchasing event tickets at Zaiko.
*In the case of primary sales, it is not possible to purchase only Digitama Stubs.

1. If the Digitama Stubs option is displayed on the event ticket purchase page, it can be purchased as an additional option for the ticket.
*Depending on the event, Digitama Stubs may not be an option. Please check each event page for details.

2. Digitama Stubs will be issued 3 days after the event ends (including the archive period) and you will receive a notification email.

3. After logging in to Digitama (https://digitama.io/), you can check from the "Owned" tab on the "Your Digitamas" screen.

Secondary sales:
Digitama Stubs are set as not for sale by default. You can buy and bid only if the owner has changed the selling settings.

I want to purchase Digitamas with my Digitama Wallet balance

Currently, the only payment method that can be used is credit card. Please note that you cannot purchase or bid on Digitama with your Digitama Wallet balance.

What are bids?

Digitamas bids offer at least the "Minimum Offer" amount, with the transaction completed upon approval of the bid by the seller.
Digitama owners must approve incoming bids within 72 hours to complete the transaction.
Bids not approved within 72 hours will be automatically canceled.

If a bidding transaction is not completed, the credit card company will automatically cancel the authorization.
*Usually, the authorization is cancelled within 7 working days, but some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to cancel the authorization.

Can I change or cancel my bid amount?

You can change or cancel the bid amount until the seller approves the bid. Please note that once the bid is approved, the transaction is completed and cannot be changed or canceled.

You can change or cancel your bid by clicking the "Update Your Bid" button on the relevant Digitama detail screen.

Am I Guaranteed to Win a Digitama if I'm the Highest Bidder?

The transaction will be completed at the bid amount approved by the Digitama seller. Please note that the transaction will not be completed if the seller does not approve the highest bidder.

Viewing Purchased Digitamas

You can see them on the "Owned" tab on the "Your Digitamas" screen.

Can I cancel Digitama purchases?

Under no circumstances can cancellations or refunds be made after purchase.

If I switch Digitama to "Link Access Only," will it disappear from my profile?

If the public setting of Digitama is changed to "Link Access Only," it will not be displayed on the owner's profile page, so other users will not be able to view it.

I want to know the meaning of the number attached to Digitama Stubs

Depending on the order of your purchase, you will receive your own Digitama Stubs serial number.

Example: The number of the first purchaser will be #1.

*This is not a reservation number.

If I transfer my ticket, will the Digitama Stubs also be transferred?

Even if the ticket is transferred, the ownership of the Digitama Stubs remains with the original purchaser.

Can I use the Digitama Stubs ticket stubs to enter the performance like with a paper ticket?

Digitama Stubs ticket stubs will not be accepted. Please use regular tickets to enter the event.
*Digitama Stubs will be issued 3 days after the end of the event (including the archive period).

System Fees

For purchases on Digitama.io:
A system usage fee of 5.5% including tax will be borne by the purchaser of the Digitama.


For primary purchase on Digitama Stubs:
Primary purchase for Digitama Stubs is only available on Zaiko.io where fees are included in the sale price. Please see [How to purchase Digitamas/Digitama Stubs] for more details.

Zaiko Fees

Zaiko fees are the responsibility of the seller.

For primary sales:
・ Digitama with NFT value: 25%
・ Digitama without NFT value: 20%

For secondary sales:
・ Flat rate of 3.3% including tax (a separate creator fee of 7% will be charged)

Creator Fees

When selling Digitamas created by other creators (secondary sales), the exhibitor will pay a creator fee (7%) to the original creator. Original creators can receive creator fees every time Digitama makes a new transaction.
