How can I watch Archive?

How to watch Archive Video

② Enter Tickets page and click the ticket you want to watch.

If your screen has a box in the left corner, please click the 2nd video from the top to watch.



※Archive video will be reflected after the show is over. Please be patient, as it may time to be reflected.
Ex: 2 hours lasting show will be reflected as an archive video, after 2 hours the show.

How do I use Live Chat during the show?

There are 2 types of live chat.
Please note that these types are decided by event organizers beforehand.

「Twitter」: Tweet with the #hashtag

「Disqus」: Make an account with Disqus, and make a comment

How to determine which?
On the streaming page, there is a button named "Live Chat".
Please click this button, and you will be able to see whether it's ①or②.

Tweet with the hashtag on your own Twitter account
The tweet you made will be automatically reflected in the chat screen on the streaming page.
Please understand that hashtag is required.

To chat, open your own twitter account, or login from the streaming page.
We recommend using twitter on a different device/tab to prevent the streaming from being stopped or unstable.

※Your twitter name will be revealed on the chat field
※Your tweet will not be displayed if you are using a private account
※Hashtag will be shared via the event organizer/artist's official twitter page, Zaiko's event page, etc...

②Chat via the 3rd party tool「Disqus」
Login or create a new Disqus account with your email or SNS account.

Once you have an account, you can join the chat on the streaming page.
 

How can I see my purchase record for Tipping and Stickits?

You will be able to check your purchase record from below link.


You can find this link from Account Settings>> Receipts.

※Tipping amount will be combined with the ticket price.
 It will not be shown individually.

What should I do when the streaming show becomes unstable?

[Recommended device environment for live streaming videos]

[Smartphones, tablets]
iOS 11.0 and later systems (latest version of Safari) Android OS 5.0 and later systems (latest version of Google Chrome)
[Computer]
Windows 10 or higher/MacOS 10.9 or higher, please make sure to use one of the browsers (the latest version of GoogleChrome, Safari, MS Edge, Firefox) for viewing.

Before purchasing a ticket, please check the above recommended environment to watch live streaming videos.
Also, make sure there are no issues or damage to the (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and software that you are using.
We cannot support other environments other than those recommended above.


[About the network communication environment]
Live streaming video requires a high-speed, stable network environment.
If you will not use Wifi, Please make sure in advance that you have enough data to stream and that you will be within a service area for your provider.
If you use shared WiFi, please turn off any devices that you are not using before the stream starts.
If you are using your data provider (not Wifi), please avoid places with crowds, underground areas, and locations surrounded by concrete.

In order to use this service smoothly, please purchase a ticket after confirming the above.
The event organizers do not take any responsibility for live streaming failures caused by purchasers.

Can I watch the streaming show on a different device?

You can watch the streaming show on a different device from which you used to purchase.
Please login to Zaiko account, and you will find your ticket.

How can I watch HD video?

The quality of the video is dependent on the speed of the internet.

Can I watch streaming from overseas countries?

Yes, ZAIKO streaming service is supporting audiences from overseas, but some countries are restricted. (Example: Mainland China, Indonesia etc...)

For safety, please kindly check if you are able to watch the below test streaming.
If you are able to watch this, please assume that you are highly possible to watch other streamings as well.

However, in any case, such as not being able to watch, Zaiko is not able to help refunds as described in terms of use.
 

How do Live Streaming Tickets work?

Purchasing a streaming ticket is the same as purchasing a normal ticket. Depending on the show, at the checkout page you may have the option to support the artist further through tips.


 

After your purchase, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email that will contact all the show details and a Stream Link. 

The stream will start at the time indicated in the ticket.
If you visit the Stream Page at a different time than the stated time, a message or thumbnail with the show information will appear.
Please visit the page again at the time of the show.
 

Please refrain from updating this page before the time of the event as it may lead to overcharging our servers.

I did not receive the Purchase Confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam box first. You can also access the stream link by logging into your ZAIKO account and checking your ticket. Click on the ticket of the stream show and you will have access to the Stream page.   

How can I use Tipping and Stickits?

Tipping & Stickits are ways to contribute monetarily to the streaming show.
Both are automatically donated.
The difference is the time at which they are purchased.

Tipping: On the ticket purchase page, add tipping to the ticket price.

Stickits: On the streaming page, purchase as many as you want during and after the show.

Stickits were developed for making the fan-artist engagement more amenable.
You can get a Stickit to show support to an artist at the Stream Page of a show.
You can collect as many Stickits as you wish while you provide support.

Watch stream from Mac/PC to TV

There are th​ree different ways how this can be done:

  1. Using an HDMI cable to connect your computer to the TV. You will need to purchase an HDMI cable, if you do not already have one for this method. This is the most reliable method. Simply plug the HDMI into your computer and TV. On your TV select the right HDMI input. Bear in mind that if you are using a Mac your might need: Click here

  2. Using a Chromecast device on your TV and Chrome browser on your computer. If you are using Chromecast with your TV you can easily share your Chrome tab to your TV. To show Chrome on your TV, you will need:

    • A Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra, or TV with Chromecast built-in.
    • To connect your computer and Chromecast device to the same Wi-Fi network.
    Cast a tab from Chrome
    1. On your computer, open Chrome. Start streaming your ZAIKO event in a Chrome Tab.
    2. At the top right, click More.
    3. Choose the Chromecast device where you want to watch the content (Your TV). If you are already using the Chromecast, your content will replace what is on your TV.
  3. AirPlay on Safari Browser to Apple TV

    Please note that for this method, you will need:

    • An Apple TV for this method.
    1. Make sure your Mac and Apple TV are on the same network.
    2. Click the AirPlay status icon in the menu bar, then choose your Apple TV. Note: If you don’t see the AirPlay status icon in the menu bar, check that your Apple TV is set up correctly.
    3. To set whether your desktop matches the size of the Mac screen or the TV screen, click the AirPlay status icon then choose This Mac or your Apple TV. When you’re using AirPlay Mirroring, the AirPlay status icon in the menu bar is blue.

Watch stream from iPhone/iPad to TV

There are three different ways how this can be done:

  1. Lightning Digital AV Adaptor and an HDMI cable.

    Please note that for this method, you will need:

    • iPhone/iPad
    • Lightning Digital AV Adaptor
    • HDMI Cable
     
    1. Connect your iPhone to your TV by using a Lightning Digital AV Adaptor and an HDMI cable.
    2. Once you have connected to your TV, please use the Screen Mirroring function on your iPhone or iPad.

    Please note that this method depends on the year of manufacture of your mobile device. You can refer to the Lightning Digital AV Adaptor in the following link: Click here

  2. Using Apple TV

    Please note that for this method, you will need:

    • iPhone/iPad
    • Apple TV
    1. Pair your iPhone/iPad with your Apple TV
    2. Make sure that both devices are on the same WiFi network.
    3. Use AirPlay to stream to your Apple TV.
  3. AirPlay capable TV

    Please note that for this method, you will need:

    • iPhone/iPad
    • Smart TV with a AirPlay app installed ( Airscreen app for example)

    1. Make sure that your iPhone/iPad and TV are on the same WiFi network.
    2. Once connected use the screen mirroring function from your phone.

Watch stream from Android Phone to TV

  1. Mirror your Android screen with Chromecast or a Smart TV

    Please note that for this method, you will need:

    • Android Device
    • Chromecast device plugged to your TV
    1. Make sure your phone and Chromecast device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    2. On your phone, open the Google Home app.
    3. Tap the Chromecast you want to mirror your phone to.
    4. Tap Cast my screen

    Note: This option may not be suitable for older versions of Android phones and/or older versions of Chromecast devices.

  2. Android phone Micro USB to HDMI adaptor + HDMI cable. 

    Please note that for this method, you will need:

    • Android Device
    • Micro USB to HDMI Adaptor
    • HDMI cable
    1. Connect your Android Phone with the Micro USB to HDMI Adaptor and the HDMI cable.
    2. On your TV select the right input to which the HDMI cable has been plugged to.
    3. Cast your screen from your phone to your connected TV.
    4. Your phone will need to support HDMI Alt Mode, which allows mobile devices to output video. This method will take up your charging port, though.

Watch stream on Amazon Fire TV

Please make sure you are using 3rd or 4th generation Fire Sticks in order to ensure success. If you are using an iOS device, please make sure the software is iOS 9 or newer.

Two Apps are Required

Remember that all mirroring solutions below require two apps: one on your iPhone or iPad, the other on your Fire TV. You’ll need to install software on both devices before you can start mirroring. Please check the Apple Store or Google play for options to get started.

 
 

Can I record/record while watching the video?

All videos (including sounds) are protected by law, including copyright laws, and the rights belong to the event organizer. Regardless of whether it is for commercial use or for private use, it is forbidden to photograph and record any stream. If it is reprinted without permission, you could face legal action.
