I can’t log in to my ZAIKO account
I forgot my password
On the Zaiko Login page, there is a button "Forgot your password?".
Once you click this button and enter your email address, you will receive an email with the title [Password Reset Request].
There is a "Reset Password" button in the email. Please reset your password accordingly.
If you have trouble receiving the password reset email
I want to change my account name
Please open Personal information setting and click the update button to change your account name.
I want to check the email address I am logged in to
Please open Personal information setting and check your email address under Email and Phone Number.
I want to change my email address
Please open Personal information setting and click the update button to change your email address.
I want to verify my email address
To verify your email address, please click here.
Email verification prevents any kind of identity theft, personal information leakage, fraud, etc.
I want to deactivate my ZAIKO account
Please access here, log in to your ZAIKO account and click "Deactivate".
Please note that this will remove your purchase history and make you logged out automatically.
After the deactivation, you can create another ZAIKO account with a different email address.
However, please contact us if you would like to use the same email address.
My phone number is used with a different account
If you have another account with a different email address or a social account(Google/Facebook/Twitter/LINE), it is possible your phone number is linked to that account.
Please kindly check the account details you are logged in to.
