How to transfer tickets to my friend

Note: Ticket transfer is only allowed for offline tickets.

1. log in to ZAIKO, and choose the Eticket from here, and click on the button "Edit Name"

2. Click on "Ticket is for someone else"

3. Type in your friend's name and email address, and click "Update"
Once the above process is done, an email will be sent to your friend from ZAIKO.

Your friend will need to click on the URL from the email, agree to the terms and conditions, and click on "Link Account".
※Your friend will need a ZAIKO account in advance.

4. Once the ticket is linked, your friend can confirm the transferred ticket on his/her page.
Below is the transferred ticket page.

※ Ticket transfer is only allowed once, until the day before the event.

How to transfer one of the guest ticket from my group ticket

1. Login to ZAIKO, and choose the Eticket from here, and click on the button "Edit guest details"

2. Type in the guest's name and email address, and click "Save"

Once you proceed above, the guest will receive an email from ZAIKO.

The guest will click on to the link in the email, agree to the terms&conditions, and click to the button "Link to Account".
After clicking, the ticket will automatically be transferred to the guest.

3. Ticket owner can check on their own account that the Eticket has been transffered.

*If the guest failed to receive the email from ZAIKO, please click on the button "Share guest link" on the Eticket, and directly share the link to the guest.
Ticket transfer also can be done via guest link.

*Guest needs a ZAIKO account in advance.
*Ticket transfer is only allowed once, until the day before the event.
