Credit Card Payment

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners.

Depending on the type of credit card and the location of the credit card holder's bank, there may be additional fees incurred.


Please fill in your credit card details and select complete purchase.

The security code is the 3 or 4-digit number on the back of your credit card.

In certain cases, this number may appear on the front of the card.


Convenience Store Payment

Convenience stores require 300 yen or 4% of the ticket price above a certain threshold.

Paypal
Paypal charges 300 yen or 3.5% of the ticket price above a certain threshold.
Once you select Paypal, it will redirect you to the Paypal payment page where you can log in and proceed payment.

WeChat
WeChat charges 100 yen of the ticket price above a certain threshold.
Once you select WeChat, it will redirect you to the page where you check the price in CNY and scan the barcode.

Alipay
Alipay charges 100 yen of the ticket price above a certain threshold.
Once you select Alipay, it will redirect you to the page where you check the price in CNY and scan the barcode.

How to purchase via Convenience Store

Convenience Store Payment

Once you choose "Convenience Store" on the payment page and proceed with the purchase,
you will receive an email regarding payment instructions within 24 hours.
Please follow the instructions, and complete the payment process.

※Convini Pay is only available to LAWSON/Ministop. Please use the machine "Loppi" at the store.

If you do not complete the payment within the payment due date, the ticket will be invalid.
If you wish to purchase the ticket after missing the due date, you will need to repeat the purchase process.

Please understand that it may take a maximum of 3 hours for the ticket to be reflected on your account after completing your payment.

The next page will show the details of payment and instructions will be sent to your email address.


*Please note that the convenience store will NOT issue a paper ticket.

*Instead, please log into your ZAIKO account to check the status of your ticket after payment from here.

Please allow up to 3 hours after payment before your E-Ticket is issued.
Also note that sometimes this option will not be available depending on the sales time, remaining inventory, and other factors.

Ticket payment record on the credit card statement

In most cases, the name "Zaiko" will appear in your credit card statement.

Payments via PayPal will either say "PayPal * Zaiko" or "PayPal * ZAIKO"

If you had used your parent's or friend's credit cards please make sure to inform them.

How to find your credit card's security code

The security code typically appears on the back of your credit card, and it is between 3 or 4 digits.

 

I received a 1 JPY (or similar) charge to my credit card even though I did not buy any tickets recently.

For security reasons, some credit card authorizations require a transaction of a very small sum.

The sum will be returned automatically and your credit card will not be charged.

 

I want to issue the receipt

You may issue the receipt(PDF) from here.

※We do not issue receipts with the purchaser's name written.

I want to use my debit card

You can use any debit card with VISA or MASTERCARD functions.

If you are not sure if your card has VISA / MASTERCARD functions, please contact your credit card company.

I want to use my prepaid card

You can use any prepaid card with VISA or MASTERCARD functions.

If you are not sure if your card has VISA / MASTERCARD functions, please contact your credit card company.

Credit card payment failed

ZAIKO cannot investigate the cause of the error that occurred during payment.
Please contact your credit card company directly.

If you cannot settle with your card, please try another payment method.

The payment was withdrawn even though the payment should have failed

There is a possibility that the credit card company has temporarily suspended the payment.
If you do not get your money back within a few days, please contact your credit card company or bank directly.

Is my credit card information stored on ZAIKO?

We do not store your credit card information in any case.
When you use your credit card on ZAIKO, the data will be given to the payment gateway agencies.

However, as the system automatically remembers, the credit card information you used in the past will appear.
If you wish to delete your credit card information, please delete it from here.

I want to edit/delete my credit card information

Credit card information may not be edit afterward, but you may delete it from here.
In case of registering the wrong cardholder name, please add the correct credit card information again during your next transaction.

Moreover, if you wish to use a different credit card, please during your next transaction as well.
