This email is not a ticket.
Please check your ticket from here.

* The email is sent automatically, it cannot resent.
* Please be assured that even if you do not receive the email, there will be no problem with your admission.

I did not receive the : Convenience Store Payment Information email

Once you apply for the Convenience Store payment, you will receive an email regarding the payment instructions.

In case you haven't received the email yet, please check the spam box, junk mail, etc.

If you have a domain setting, please change your setting to be able to receive the email from noreply@zaiko.io and try again.

I want to receive the Convenience Store Payment instruction email one more time

Since the Convenience Store Payment instruction email is automatically created, we are not able to resend the email.

* Convenience Store Payment request is valid until the deadline written on the email.

  Once the deadline is over, please apply for the ticket again.

I did not receive the password reset email

Please click "Forgot your password?".

You will get the temporary password to your email address.
