I want to check my ticket

Please log in to your ZAIKO account and click "My Purchases". You can view the Upcoming Tickets.
To check past tickets, please click "Past Tickets".

If you click the button "E-Ticket Details", you can check the details such as the order code and receipt.
*We do not issue paper tickets.

To enter the venue, please show the E-Ticket screen to the entrance staff.

I want to edit my ticket purchase name

1. Login to ZAIKO, and select the ticket from "Upcoming Tickets".

2. Click the button "EDIT NAME".

3. From the "Edit Ticket" page, please click on "My name is incorrect", and edit your name.

※You may change the name ONE TIME only. The deadline is the DAY BEFORE the event.

   Name changes on the day of the event are not allowed.

I want to know the way of admission

Please click the "Admission screen" and present the E-Ticket screen to the event staff.

* You cannot enter with the screenshot of the E-Ticket screen.
Please check the connection to the Internet and the battery charging of your smartphone in advance.

* E-Tickets cannot be presented on feature phones (Garakei).
   If you do not have a smartphone, please contact ZAIKO Support in advance.

I accidentally swiped the entrance screen


If you accidentally swipe the entrance screen, ZAIKO will cancel the swipe.
Please contact ZAIKO Support that you would like to cancel the swipe.

 

Tickets are displayed in "Past Tickets"

Tickets may appear in "Past Tickets" when the event is postponed and until the transfer schedule is decided.
After the schedule is confirmed, the ticket will be automatically reflected in the "Upcoming Tickets".

Please be assured that even if the ticket is displayed in "Past Tickets", it will remain valid.

I can't find my purchased tickets

In case you are having trouble finding your purchased tickets, please contact us with the below details.

*Please be noted that we are not able to support you with the purchased details unless your order code is provided.

Issuance of paper tickets

ZAIKO is issuing E-ticket. We do not provide paper tickets.
