How can I create a new AKB48 group ID?
You can create a new account by following these steps:
- Visit https://akb48.zaiko.io/login.
- Click "Sign Up" on the login page and fill in the required information to complete your registration.
For Paid Membership
- If you wish to join a paid membership, such as the "Hashira no Kai," please log in to "My Page" after completing your registration.
- Go to "Personal Information Settings" and register your address to finalize your paid membership.
This completes the process for both standard and paid membership registration.
How can I stop receiving newsletters of AKB48?
If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletters, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team and let us know you would like to stop receiving newsletters.
- It may take 2–3 business days to process your request.
Once the process is complete, you will no longer receive newsletters from us. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.
Make sure to have the email address you used to register with the former AKB48 Group Ticket Center or ZAIKO ready:

I did not receive email from Zaiko/AKB48 ticket center
- The process may take some time. In that case, please wait for a few hours and try again.
- Check your spam or promotions folder to see if the email is there.
- There are possibilities why you can not receive the e-mail are that your inbox is full, or you have set up junk mail.
- Please set your device to receive emails from "@zaiko.io" or "@zaikomail.com".
- Please make sure your email address is correct when you registered. You can check current registered information from "Security Settings".
How do I delete my AKB48 group ID account?
■Caution
Please be noted that all below services will not be able to access after deactivation.
- Access and use "柱の会", "映像倉庫" and other services that require an AKB48 Group ID.
- Access and use the purchased tickets/guest tickets
- Access to NFT on Digitama
- Access to ONEFAN ID
*All sales are final for above.
■How to Deactivate
1. After logging in to ZAIKO, access the "Account" page
2. Click on "Deactivate Account" on the left, and proceed with deactivation
■After Deactivation
Within 30 days from the deactivation date, you can reactivate your account by logging in with the same email address and password.
If you have deactivated an account made via a social media log in, you may reactivate within 30 days by clicking the social account button and logging in.
If your intention to deactivate remains unchanged, please do not log in again.
After 30 days days from the deactivation date, your account will be completely deleted and cannot be reactivated.
(However, you will be able to create a new account at any time.)
