How can I create a new AKB48 group ID?

You can create a new account by following these steps:

  1. Visit https://akb48.zaiko.io/login.
  2. Click "Sign Up" on the login page and fill in the required information to complete your registration.

For Paid Membership

  • If you wish to join a paid membership, such as the "Hashira no Kai," please log in to "My Page" after completing your registration.
  • Go to "Personal Information Settings" and register your address to finalize your paid membership.

This completes the process for both standard and paid membership registration.

I forgot my password / I can't log in. What should I do?

  • If you forgot your password, please reset it using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
  • If you can't log in, please try resetting your password first. Once the password is reset, you will be able to log in.
  • If you still can't log in, please check that your AKB48 Group ID, email address, and password are entered correctly. If there is a mistake in any of these, you will not be able to log in.

Make sure to have the email address you used to register with the former AKB48 Group Ticket Center or ZAIKO ready:

Unable to log in / “Blocked” message appears

For security reasons, your login may be temporarily restricted if there are too many failed login attempts.

In this case, please wait for a while and try again later. The restriction is usually lifted automatically within a few minutes to 30 minutes.

If possible, switching to a different network such as mobile data may help resolve the issue.

I did not receive email from Zaiko/AKB48 ticket center

  • The process may take some time. In that case, please wait for a few hours and try again.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder to see if the email is there.
  • There are possibilities why you can not receive the e-mail are that your inbox is full, or you have set up junk mail.
  • Please set your device to receive emails from "@zaiko.io" or "@zaikomail.com".
  • Please make sure your email address is correct when you registered. You can check current registered information from "Security Settings".
  • If this does not improve, please consider changing to a different email address.

 

確認メールが届きません(キャリアメールをご利用の場合)

携帯キャリアのメールアドレス(@softbank.ne.jp / @docomo.ne.jp / @ezweb.ne.jp 等)をご利用の場合、ZAIKOからの自動送信メールが届かないケースがあります。

これは、各キャリアが提供する迷惑メールフィルターの影響によるもので、ZAIKO側では制御・保証できない領域です。特に、迷惑メール判定基準がキャリア側で自動変更されることがあり、以前は届いていたメールが突然届かなくなることもあります。

 

キャリアメールでメールが届かない主な原因

  • 携帯会社の迷惑メールフィルターにより自動的にブロックされた

  • メール本文内のリンクや形式が受信制限に該当した

  • メールボックスの容量が上限に達していた

  • 携帯会社側の仕様変更により、以前は届いていたメールが突然届かなくなることがある

 

ご自身でできる対処方法

  1. アカウントページでチケットを確認する
     ZAIKOにログイン後、以下のページからチケットの内容をご確認いただけます。
    購入履歴 - https://zaiko.io/account/tickets
    抽選応募履歴 - https://zaiko.io/account/lottery

  2. 迷惑メールフォルダを確認する
     ZAIKOからのメールが迷惑メールとして分類されていないかご確認ください。

  3. 受信設定を見直す
     下記のドメインからのメールが受信できるよう設定をご確認ください。
     @zaiko.io
     @zaikomail.com

  4. PC向けメールアドレスのご利用を推奨
     GmailやYahoo!メールなどのメールアドレスをご利用いただくと、正常に受信できる可能性が高くなります。

How do I set or change my Oshi-men?

Setting a new Oshi-men:

  1. Log in to Account Settings.
  2. Select "Oshi-men" from the profile settings.
  3. Choose your Oshi-men and press "Save".

Changing your Oshi-men:

  1. Go to Account Settings and select "Edit Oshi-men".
  2. Choose a new Oshi-men.
  3. Confirm the change.

※ If you change to a new Oshi-men, the streak for that member will start from zero. However, if you switch back to a previously selected Oshi-men, the previous streak will be retained.

What happens if I choose a different Oshi-men during ticket purchase or lottery application?

  • If you have not registered a guess-men, you can select one when you apply for the lottery.
  • If you select one, it will be automatically applied to your profile.
  • If you have already registered a guess member, you will not be able to select a guess member when you apply for the lottery.
  • Your profile Oshi-men and the Oshi-men chosen during event applications will always be the same.

What is the Oshi-men streak?

  • When you set an Oshi-men, the number of days you have supported that member will be displayed as "Oshi-men streak: XX days".
  • The previous "Oshi-men start date" display has been replaced with "Oshi-men streak: XX days".
  • If you change to a new Oshi-men, the streak for that member will start counting from zero.
  • However, if you switch back to a previously selected Oshi-men, the previous streak will be retained (it will not reset).

What happens if my Oshi-men graduates?

  • If a member you have already selected as your Oshi-men graduates, they will remain displayed in your profile.
  • However, if you change to a different Oshi-men, you will not be able to switch back to the graduated member.
  • You cannot select a graduated member as a new Oshi-men.

What happens if I have not set an Oshi-men?

  • If you have not set an Oshi-men, you may be required to select one when purchasing a ticket or applying for a lottery.
  • The Oshi-men you select at that time will also be reflected in your profile.
  • If you are not registered with an AKB48 Group ID, the Oshi-men section will not be displayed. Please register a new account or check your login if you have multiple accounts.

How do I delete my AKB48 group ID account?

■Caution

Please be noted that all below services will not be able to access after deactivation.

  • Access and use "柱の会", "映像倉庫" and other services that require an AKB48 Group ID.
  • Access and use the purchased tickets/guest tickets
  • Access to NFT on Digitama
  • Access to ONEFAN ID

*All sales are final for above.

Please cancel your membership to AKB48 Ticket Center after canceling your membership to "柱の会", "映像倉庫".

■How to Deactivate

1. After logging in to ZAIKO, access the "Account" page

2. Click on "Deactivate Account" on the left, and proceed with deactivation

 

■After Deactivation

Within 30 days from the deactivation date, you can reactivate your account by logging in with the same email address and password.

If you have deactivated an account made via a social media log in, you may reactivate within 30 days by clicking the social account button and logging in.    


If your intention to deactivate remains unchanged, please do not log in again.    

After 30 days days from the deactivation date, your account will be completely deleted and cannot be reactivated.
(However, you will be able to create a new account at any time.)
